BE IT.ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF JltJARYSVILLE,WASH.: ",r ~: SECTION I.Whoever shall keep,use or maintain,within the lim~ts of the Town of Marysville,any pen,stable,lot, place.or premises in which any horses,cattle,hogs or fouls may be 'confined or kept in such a manner as to be nans-, imus,.fOp.lor offensive shall be deemed gUilty of maintain- ing anu~sance,and on conviction,shall be punished by a fine'·of not less than Five Dollars nor more than Twenty-five Dollars or by.imprisonmentJoii5t'PeexfJeeding ten days.A .
