TRAFFIOLORDINANOE Trains: .AN ORDINANOE to prohibit the obstruction of the streets,avenues or highways of the town of Marysville by railroad cars or locomotives. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNOIL OF THE TOWN OF MARYSVILLE: SECTION 1.It shall be unlawful to cause any railroad car or locomotive to remain at a crossing of any street,avenue or high- way of the Town of Marysville so as to obstruct traffic over the same for any longer period than six consecutive minutes at anyone time,or to cause any railroad car or locomotive to be moved back and forth at the crossing of any street,avenue or highway of the said town so as to obstruct traffic over the same for any longer period than six consecutive minutes at anyone time. SECTION 2.Any person convicted of violating any of the provis- ions of this ordinance shall be fined in any sum not less than ~wenty ($20.00)Dollars nor more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars or be imprisoned in the jail of said town for any length of time not exceeding thirty (30)days,or be both fined and imprisoned. SEOTION 3.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,approvaland publication.
