An ordinance regulating the keeping.of chickens,geese,ducks
and other domestn c \(owls,wi thin the :I.'cm,n·of Marysville,Washington
providing a penalty 'ror'the violation thereof,and repealing all
ordinances and parts of ordinances ,in conflict With the provis-
ions hereof..r
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE 'I'OWN OF MAHYSV ILLE,WASHINGTON;'
as follows:

SECTION 2.Any person Violating the provisions of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,and upon conviction thereof
shall be punished by a fine not excee~ing the sum of one Hundred ($100)
Dollars,or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding thirty days,
or by both such fine and imprisonment.
SECTION 1.It shall be the duty Of all persons owning or having
chergeor control of any chickens,.geese,ducks,or other dpmestic
fowls",within the limits of the Town of Marysville,to keep the same
I d ,restrained and enclosed at,all ti~es on the premises owned,occupied
or controlled by such person,rm some enclosure,pen or other place,

than the person owning or having charge ofs\lch chickens,geese,ducks
or other domestic fowls..\
SECTION 3.That all ordinances and parts of ordinances ia con-
flict with the provisions of this ordinance be,and the same are
hereby repealed..
