WHER~S,the thirty days have expired within which owners I':f property in Local Improvement District No. 33 of the Town of Marysville,Washington,might pay assessments without interest 6~penalty,and, WHEREAS,more than twenty days have elapsed since the expiration of the sai d thirty-day period,and, iTIllillEAS,the Town TREASURER has collected assessments amounting in all to the sum of Ei ht Thousand -Five Hundred -Sevent - seven - -and - - 78 100 Dollars Leavtng unpad d assessments aggregating the sum of Seven Th.ousand -TWO Hundred -Sixteen and 40/100 Dollars,and, WHEREAS,the Town of Marysville has heretofore advanced from its Current Exp ense Fund the sum of Three .Thousand -.I!'i ve -Hundred Nineteen and 91/100DOL~RS toward defraying the cost and expense of the Marysville Water System,including the acquisition of the source of supply and the construction and completion ofthe supply line and distribution system,which said sum has not been repaid to said current expense fund; NOW,TH:EREFORE,be it ordained by the Council of the 'rown of Marysville,Washington,as follows: SECTION 1.That the Mayor and TOwn Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to issue a warrant or order upon Local Im~ provement District Fund No.33,upon the ~own Treasurer in favor of .the Current Expense J!'Und of tre Town of'Marysville,Washing- ton for the sum of Three Thousand -Five Hundred Nineteen and 91/100 Dollars in cash;also issue such a warrant or order in favor of R.W.Troutman &Co.for the sum of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen and 58/100 Dollars in cash,and that bonds of said Local Improvement District be issued to the said H.W.T Troutman &Co.in such sum as may be due them under their contract to-wit:for the sum of Six Thousand -Six Hundred Thirty-three and 90/100 Dollars,in accordance With the provisions of Ordin- ance No.221 of the Town of Marysville,Washington,passed and approved on the 28th day of J!'ebruary,1921,being the ordinance creating Local Improvement District No.33,and Orlllinance No. 235,passed and approved J!'ebruary 20~1922,being the ordinance confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improve- ne n t District No .•33,and creating Local Improvement District No.33,Fund and that said bonds be delivered to H.W.Troutman &Co , ;the Viarrantand bonds aforesaid to be received by the said H.W.Troutman &Co.in full payment of the balance due upon their contract with the town of Marysville. SECTION 2.That the said bonds shall bear interes.t at the rate of ei~fi'lj (8)per eent per annum and shall be payable on or I 262 before twelve (12)year-sYr omrthe date of issuance,sha.l Lbe issued in payment of the cost and expense of the said improvement,whmch bo nd.s .ahaLl,be Iiledeemed only by the colle ction of special assess- mentis levied and assess eli.upon properjly wi thin said district,pay- able in ten (10)equal annual instalments with interest at the rate of eigh,t (8)per cent,per annum;.t ha t the 18th day of April,1922 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the said bonds.Such bonds shall be in denominations of One Hund red ($100.00 )Dollars each,except Bond No.1,wh~ch shall be in ,an ,amount not to exceed rwo Hundred ($200.00)Dollars and shall be numbered from one (1) to Sixty-six (66),both inclusive.Such bonds,and the ~oupons attached,shallbe of the form and tenor substantially as prescribed by ::lection 16,of Ordinance No.175 of the Town of Marysville,Wash- ington,passed and approved April 28th,.1913.
