BONDS OF'O]'FICERS: Al~ORDINAN:CE fixing the salary and co.mpensatio.n 0.1'certain o.fficers or the 'l'o.wn 0.1'Marysville,the penalty 0.1'their offical bonds,de- fining the duties of the Town Clerk and Town Marshall in addition to the duties prescribed to them by law and repealing all ordinances pr parts of ordinances in conflict herewith. BE IT ORDAINED BE THE TOWN OOUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARYSVILLE:- SECTION L.That the salary of the Town mreasurer be,and the same is hereby fixed at the rate of Six-Hundred (i600.00)Dollars per annum,payable mo.nthly at the rate of §ifty ($50.00)Dollars per month. .-SECTION 2.That the official bond of the To.wn Treasurer condit- ioned upon the faithful performance of his duties as such be,and the same is hereby fixed in the penal sum 0.1'Five Tho.usand ($5,000.00) Do.llars. SECTION 3..That the salary of the 'l'o.wn Clerk be,and the same is hereby fixed at the rate 0.1'Seventy-five ($75.00)Dollars per mo. SECTION 4.That in addition to the duties prescribed by law to the Town Clerk,the Clerk shall act as Accountant and Collector for the Water Department of the Town and shall perform such duties as are by ordinance prescribed in the issuance of sewer permits, ;ncluding the recording and platting thereof for the Sewer Department; and that the salary of the Town Clerk for the performance of such additional duties as are hereinbefore set forth be,and the same is hereby fixed in the additional sum of Seventy-five ($75.00) Dollars per month. SECTION 5.That the bond of the Town Clerk conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties to him prescribed by law and ord~nce is hereby fixed in the penal sum of One Thousand ($l,OOO.GO),..DOllars. SECTION 6.That the salary of the Marshall be,and the same is hereby fixed in the sum of l!'ifty ($50.00)Dollars per month. SECTION 7.That in additio.n to the duties regularly prescribed to him by law,the Town Marshall shall act as Superintendent o.f Streets and shall perfo.rm the duties thereunto prescribed by ordinance;and that the salary of the Town Marshall as s~ch Superintendent of Streets be,and the same is hereby fixed in the sum of Seventy-five ($75.00) Dollars per month. SECTION 8.That the bond of the Town Marshall conditioned upon the faithful perpormance of the duties to him prescribed by law and ordinance be,and the same is hereby fixed in the penal sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars... SECTION 10.That the bond of the Police Judge,conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties to him prescribed by law and ordainance be,and the samlll is hereby fixed in the penal sum of 92 <, Five Hundred (i500,00)Dollars. SECTION 11.That the salary of the Town Attorney be,and the same is hereby fixed in thw sum of Twenty ..five ($25.00)Dolla.rs per month. SECTION 12.All ordinanoes or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 13.This ordinanoe shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,approval,and pUblication according to law. A.
