CURFEW:
AN ORDINANCE to maintain the.P<la.c."~l.gClv<lI'nmeritandvvelfar<l
in the Town of Marysville by prohibi tinW~~pfrO!ll congr-ega ttng vand
lottering on the streets,alleys,highwa~li1r:or other public places,or
upon unoccupied premises or grounds in the'Town.of Marysville after
certain hours..
SECTION 3.It .shall be unlawful for any minor under tne ag~of eigB.~een
.(lS).years to congregate or loiter upon the streets,highways,in pUbliC
places,or upon unoccupied premises or grounds in the 'I'cwn of Marysville
during the hours stated in Section 2.
SECTION ..4.It shall be Unlawful for any parent or guardian as defined

SECTION 5.It shall be unlawful for any person not the parent or

SECTION?The hours indicated in this ordinance are with reference
to the standard time prevailing in Marysville,Washington,from period
to period,whether it be what is commonly accepted as Pacific Standard
Time,Pacific Daylight Saving Time,or Pacific War Time.
SECTION 8.If any of the provisions of this ordinance are held invalid
or unconstitutional,the remainder of the ordinance shall not be affect~
ed thereby.
That all ordina.nces or parts of ordinances insofar as the
same are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordi-
nance,be'and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION~.IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that an emergency exists,and this
ordinance shall take effect immediately after its pass.age and public-
ation.
