SALARIES OF OFFICERS:AN ORDINANCE REPElliNG ORDINANCES No.393 and 397 establish-
ing the rates of compensation to be paid to employees of the Town of Marysville in
the yea:r 1955,and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
hereWith,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MARYSVILLE:
Section 1.That,commencing on the first day of January,1955 the salaries and
compensation of the following named officers,employees,and offices of the Town
of Marysville shall be per month as follows:

Section 2,That the Trn,n Clerk,Chief Marshal,First and Second Marshals,
Superintendent of Water &Street Depa:rtments and the permanent employees of
such Depa:rtments shall receive as a part of their compensation a vacation
period of one working week with pay at regular wage for each six months of
service.That said vacation period cannot be accumulated for more than
two working "eeks and that the vacation is to be taken at a time agreeable
to the Mayor.That in the above computation,only a full six months period
shall be figured.
Section 3.That Ordinances No. 393 and 397 and all ordinances I##J or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repe~
