An Or-dinance annexing cer-tain real property to the.TOWN OF
lVIARYSVILLE as provided by Chapter 35.J 3 ..of the revised Code of Washington.
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COU:NCIL OF THE TOWN OF
lVIARYSVILLEA WASHINGTON:
Section 1.That on the 14th day of April,.195$l,there was r-e-:
cetve.d by the Town <;o'Uncil of the T6wIJ:0f Marysville and filed with the Town

Clerk of said town,a petition praying that the boundar-Ie.s of said town be altered
by including therein certain real property lying contiguous to the Town of

Marysville,the Iegal descr-Iption of which is set.forth below,said petrtion
having been aigned by the owner of aIL of the real property within the following
described area.
Section 2.'I'hat the Town.Council of the Town of Marysville
entertained said petition and gave notice of hea-ring as required by law,by
posting and.publfcatton,and that said hear-tngwaa held on the 18th day of April,
1955,at 8:00 olelQck P.M.in the council chamber-s Of the Town HaIL of the Town
of Marysville and that no person appeare d to voice diaappr-oval of the pr-oposed
annexation.
Section ~..'J:hat the territory proposed by said petition to be annexed
to the Town <:if Marysvifle is situated in the County of Snohomish in the state of
Washington and is contiguous,proximate and adjacent to the.present corporate
limits of said town andIs particularly bounded and described as follows:to-wit:
The West 64.4 feet of the South 150 feet .of Lot 15
of Lendrum Tracts,as per plat recorded in Volume
11 of Plats on page 23,r-eeor-daof snohQmish County,
state.of Washington,together with County Road
Westerly and southerly thereof.
SE.CTION 4.That the above de.scr-Ibedr-e'al.pr-oper-ty be and the.
same is hereby annexed to and incorporated into the 'I'owu of Marysville.
