AN ORDINANCE,amending the provisions of paragraph Five of
Ordinance No.460,relating to zoning,passed by the Town Council
of the Town of lYlarysville;on the'22nd day of August,1960.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MM~YSVILLE:
INDUSTRIAL ZONB.
The purpose and function of the Industrial ~one is to provide for
and protect certain areas of the City for industrial uses.

5.Wrecking yards if provided with proper concealment

OFF STREET PARKING:
PLANS.The plan of the proposed parking area shall be submitted to
the building department at the time of the application for the
building permit for the building in which the parking area is
accessory.The plan shall clearly indicate the proposed development,
incluaing location,size,shape,design,curb cuts,lighting,land-
scaping,screening and other features and appurtenances of the
proposed parking lot.

Every principal building hereafter erected or sUbstantially altered,
if used for any commercial purpose which requires the receip.t;or

vehicles,shall be provided with off-street loading or unloading

SPECIAL PROPERTY USES:
Special property uses shall be permitted with the concurrenCe of
the planning commission,after due notice and public hearing,
and after the planning commission has found.thC\t such p r-opo s ed
use will not 'be detrimental to the general compretiensive plan ,and
to adjacent and surrounding property.The decisions of the Town
Council shal~be paramount.
Any ordinance,or parts of any ord~nance,in ponflictherewithara
hereby repealed.
