A.Declaration of Purpose: The purpose and function of this zone is to provide for and protec a certain area of the City of Marysville as a dommercial business district for the entire Marysville area.- B.Permitted Uses: 1.Single Family or Multiple Family permitted uses with and under Single {g-amily or :!olultiple FamilyrJstandards. 2. Restaurants,cafes and grills (including dancing and enter- tainment),bars,taverns,cabarets,cocktail lounges and night clubs,billiard and pool halls. Banks and financial establishments. Business and professional offices,general professional ser- vices,office buildings. Ne,~spaper offices,job printing establishments. Household appliance repair stores,heating and plumbing supply stores.-- Similar retail and service businesses catering directly to the consumer.
