THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOliTS:
That Section 1 of Ordinanoe No.412 of the CITY OF
MARYSVILLE be amended to read as follows;
liThe Volunteer Fire Department of'the City of'
Marysville shall not have a membership in
excess of'35.\I
This or.dinanee shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage,approval.and five days following its
publication as required by law.
PASSED by the Council of'the City of Marysville this
9th day of September.1963.
