An ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 19.16 of the
City of ~~ry8ville Municipal Code relating to zoning.
THE crrr COUNCIL 01"'l'Hl~CITY OF T-JARYSVILLE;DO ORDAIN ii.n F.OLLOWS:
~~ON 1:Permitted usEt!!..Section 19.16.020(0)permitting
"Home offices of professionals,such as doctors,dentists,lawyers,
engineers,architects"in the residential area is hereby repealed.
Section 19.16.020 (d)permitting "Clinics"in the residential
area is hereby repealed.
Section 19.16.020 (e)permitting "Private clubs and lodr,es"in
the residential area is hereby repealed.
SECTION £:Loc_ati~n of.p.ui'ding line.On streets of substandard
