An ordinance oruering a local improvement and creating a local improve-
ment district.
WHEREAS,a petition praying that the City o£Marysville,a municipal
corporation of the thi rJ. cLass ,3noholni '3L County,Washington,form a
local improvement district for the construction of an eight (8)inch
sanitary sewer line,2,690 feet in length,to improve the following
described property:
Beginning at the intersection of the north margin of Grove Street
and the west margin of Cedar Ave.,Section 28,Township 30,North Range
5,E.W.M.,;thence west along said north margin 60 feet;thencp No.para1-
1e1 with Cedar Ave.119 feet;thence west parallel with Grove St.120
feet;thence north parallel with Cedar Ave.931 feet;thence east
parallel with Grove St.5 feet;thence north parallel with Cedar Ave.
150 feet;thence west parallel with Grove St.5 feet;thence north
parallel with Cedar Ave.to the southerly margin of Short St.;thence
northeasterly along said southerly margin to the west margin of Cedar
Ave.;thence north along said margin to the northerly margin of Short
St.;thence southwesterly along said margin 44.61 feet;thence west
parallel with Grove St.to a point 180 feet west o£the west margin of
Cedar Ave.;thence north parallel with Cedar Ave.to the north line of
the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter Section 21,Township 3D,
North Range 5,E.W.M.;thence east along said north line 435 feet;
thence south parallel with Cedar Ave.to the north margin of Grove St.;
thence west along the said north margin to the true point of beginning,
Snohomish County Washington,

WHEREAS,as required by law the City Engineer has filed his certificate,
setting forth the data required by RCW 35.43.130.
NOW THEHEFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.That the local improvement described in said petition be
proceeded with without unnecessary delay.
SEOTION 2.That there is hereby created Local Improvement District
#52 to embrace the property especially benefited £rom the proposed
improvement.
