THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE III,Water System Code. SECTION 3.05.DEVELOPER INSTALLED SERVICE CONNECTIONS:Any developer may install all his own service connections,including meter and meter box,provided they comply with specifications of the City of Marysville. If the developer chooses to install the service connections,he must install all or none of them.All service connections must be installed coincident with the installation of the mains.Said service connec- tions shall be shown on the water extension drawing and shall be subject to approval by the Water Superintendent.These service connections must be conveyed to the City as a condition to obtaining water service. ARTICLE V,Water System Code.
