HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-0580 - Annexation zoning (Special)580ORDINANCENO• _ An ordinance of the City.of Marysville relating to zoning of annexations: WHl';REAS,on February 16,1967,the Planning Commission of the City of Marysville published a notice of a public hearing for the purpose of zoning annexations to the City of Marysville,and WHEREAS,on February 21,1967,the Planning Commission held a public hearing pursuant to this notice,and w~EREAS,the Planning Commission has submitted its proposal for zon- ing the areas included in the said annexations,and has made its reco:nmendations in writing to the Ci tyCouncil,now therefore THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOFJlFiliRYSVIIJLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1:That the following described area be and it is hereby zoned industrial: A portion of Government Lot 2,Section 33,Township 30 North,Range 5 East W.M.,described as follows: Beginning on the North line of said Govermnent Lot 2, 510.0 feet v!estof the NE corner thereof,said point being on the corporate limits of the City of l\iarysvi 11e; thence South 17 0 30'00 11 West 257.0 feet;thence South 350 30'00 11 West 196.1 feet to Ebey Slough;thence Northwesterly along the North bank of Ebey Slough to Nor-th line of said GovermnentLot ;;;and the cor-por-ase limits of the City of Marysville;thence East to point of beginning,Snohomish County,VJashington;the area above described being 3.45 acres more or less.
