ORDINANCE NO.~
An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment
roll of Local Improvement District No. 52,for the improvement of
the following described property:
Beginning at the intersection of the north margin of Grove Street
and the west margin of Cedar Ave.,Section 28,Township 30 North,
Range 5 East,W.M.;thence west along said north margin 60 feet;thence
north parallel with Cedar Ave. 119 feet;thence west parallel with
Grove St.120 feet;thence north parallel with Cedar Ave.931 feet;
thence east parallel with Grove St.5 feet;thence north parallel with
Cedar Ave. 150 feet;thence west parallel with Grove St.5 feet;thence
north parallel with Cedar Ave.to the southerly margin of Short St.;
thence northeasterly along said southerly margin to the west margin of
Cedar Ave.;thence north along said margin to the northerly margin of
Short St.;thence southwesterly along said margin 44.61 feet;thence
west parallel with Grove St.to a point 180 feet west of the west
margin of Cedar Ave.;thence north parallel with Cedar Ave.to the
north line of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter,Section
21,Township 30 North,Range 5 East W.M.;thence east along said north
line 435 feet;thence south parallel with Cedar Ave.to the north
margin of Grove St.;thence west along the said north margin to the
true point of beginning,Snohomish County,Washington,
by the construction of an eight (8)inch sanitary sewer line,2,690
feet in length,on the above-described property,all in accordance
with Ordinance No. 562 of the City of Marysville and levying as
assessment on acount thereof against the several lots as shown on said
roll,NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement
District No. 52 for the improvement of the following described property:
Beginning at the intersection of the north margin of Grove Street
and the west margin of Cedar Ave.,Section 28,Township 30 North,
Range 5 East W.M.;thence west along said north margin 60 feet;thence
north parallel with Cedar Ave.119 feet;thence west parallel with
Grove St.120 feet;thence north parallel with Cedar Ave.931 feet;
thence east parallel with Grove St.5 feet;thence north parallel with
Cedar Ave. 150 feet;thence west parallel with Grove St.5 feet;thence
north parallel with Cedar Ave.to the southerly margin of Short St.;
thence northeasterly along said southerly margin to the west margin of
Cedar Ave.;thence north along said margin to the northerly margin of
Short St.;thence southwesterly along said margin 44.61 feet;thence
west parallel with Grove St.to a point 180 feet west of the west
margin of Cedar Ave.;thence north parallel with Cedar Ave.to the
north line of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter,Section
21,Township 30 North,Range 5 East W.M.;thence east along said north
line 435 feet;thence south parallel with Cedar Ave.to the north
margin of Grove St.;thence west along the said north margin to the

by the construction of an eight ($)inch sanitary sewer line,2690 feet
in length,in accordance with Ordinance No. 562 of the City of
Marysville,as the same now stands,be,and the same is hereby in all
respects approved and confirmed.
SECTION 2:That each of the lots,as shown by the assessment roll,
is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in
at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby
levied an assessment against said lots in the amount finally charged
against the same.

"SECTION 3:That the sum charged against each lot,or any portion of
su.h sum,may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date
of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been
placed in her hands for collection without penalty,interest or costs.
SECTION 4:That the cost and expense of improvement provided for
herein shall be paid for by the issuance of warrants,payable out of
the local improvement district fund.The warrants shall bear interest
at a rate of six per cent (6%)per annum, and shall be redeemed by
local improvement bonds for the same improvement.
SECTION 5:That this ordinance shall be in force from and after its
passage and five days following its publication as required by law.
PASSED THIS 8th day of May,1967,by the Council of the City of
Marysville.
