AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,ADOPTING THE
'UNIFORM BUILDING CODE,VOLUME I,AND ITS APPENDIX,THE
UNIFORM BUILDING CODE STANDARDS AND THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL
CODE,VOLUME 11,AS AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE.
THZ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS,
Section 1,The 1967 Editions of the Uniform Building Code,
Volume.I,the Uniform Building Code Standards and the Uniform
Ul?e .
Mechanical Code,Volume 11,are hereby adopted as an ordinance of

.the City of MarySVille,there being three (3)copies of each volume
of said Uniform Building Code,Volume 11 Uniform Building Code.' ,ufJ Ca,
Standards and Uniform Mechanical Code,Volume ll,on file with the, ,A
City Clerk of the City-of Marysville,and such codes by this
reference are hereby made a part,of this ordinance as though fUlly
set forth herein,and the several provisions thereof sh~ll be in
full force and effect and binding within the corporate limits of
the City of Marysville.
Section 2.The UBC Standards which are referred to in
various parts of this ordinance shall be the Uniform Building Code
Standards 1967 'Edition and are hereby declared to be a part of this
ordinance.
Section 3.The Appendix of the,Uniform Building Code shall
, be a part of this ordinance.
Section 4.Penalties for Violation.Any person violating
or failing to comply with any of~he provisions ~'f this chapter
shall upon conviction thereof be {ined in a sum not exce'eding $300.00
or imprisonment for a term not exceeding ninety (90)days or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
Sectiort 5,All ordinances,or parts of ordinance,in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed,
