An ordinance ordering a,local improvement and
creating a local.improvement district.
WHEREAS,a petition praying that,the City of Marysville,
a municipal corporation of the tpird class,Snohomish County,
Washington,form a local improvement district for the construction
of a six (6)inch waterline and appurtenances,to improve the
following des~ribed property.
Beginning at the intersection of 76th Street
N. E.and 40th Avenue N.E.(State Avenue);
thence easterly ahong 76th St+eet N.E.to
the intersection of 76th Street N.E.and
47th Avenue ','1.E.(Liberty Avenue),
Snohomish County,Washington,
was filed with the City Clerk on March 10,1969 ,and
WHEREAS,as required by law,the City Engineer has filed
his certificate setting forth the'data required by RCW 35.43.,130,
NOH THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE'CITY OF 11ARXSVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOwS:
Section 1.That the local LmprQvement described in ,said
petition be proceeded with without unnaceas ar-y delay.
Section 2.That ther's is herebY,'creat~d Local Improvement
District No.55,to embr-ace the pr,operty espe'cLsllybenefited from
the proposed'improvement.'
