An ordinance of the City of Marysville supplementing
the combined Hater and Sewe'r System Code by'adding,
new,Section 3.01H to Article III 'of,the Sewer Syste~,
Code.'

Required.

Any ot~er of property whose'closest property line is within'
200 feet of a public sanitary sewer of the City of Narysville shall,
~pon erecting a building and as a condition of receiving a city
vlater .connect Ion ,extend the sewer ,syste~the full'frontage of
the property'on 1,.1hich the building is located 'to be served by the

s arn.tar-y s ewez-,:If it can be shown that a future extension is not
needed,a waiver of this section of th~code maybe 'asked for,
and,if granted the,owner need,only extend the sewer to the midpoint'
of his property.
Any o~vner of property adjacent to a public 'sanitary sewer
of the City of Harysville shall,upon erect'ing a building and as
a condition of receiving a City Hater connection,connect to the
