THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS I
SECTION 1.That on the "lO~b'd~y of All~t '~1970.there'
was received by the City Council 0 the CITY OFYSVILLi,eadd
filed wtt~the City Clerk of said city,a petition praying that th~
boundaries of ,the said city be altered by inc~y'ding therein certain
real property lying contiguous to the-CITY OF MARYSVILLE,the legal
description of which is set forth below.said petition having been
signed by the'owners of property of not .Lesa that 75 per cen,t of
the asses,f:led valuation of all of the real property within the::'
following described area.'.''...
SECTION 2.That the City Council of the CITY OF MARYSVILLE
entertaI'ii'edsaid petition and gave notice of hearing as required
by law,by posting and publication ,and that said hearing was
held on the 24th ,day of August"1970,at 8:00 P.M.in,the
Council Chambers of the CITY OF MARYSVILLE and that NtJ persona
SlPpeared to voice disapproval oftha proposed annexation.
