ville entertained said Petition and,gave notice as required by law
by postt~g in three public pla,ces on said area to be .annexed,and by
pub l i.ca t i.on tn an o f f i.ci.aI newspaper 1 and that said hearing was held
on the l~th.day of Ju~e,1971 1 at 8:0~tfP.m.in,the council chambe~s
of the CIty of Ma ry sv i Ll.e, .and that ~persons appeared to V01ce
disapproval of the'proposed annexation.
Section 3.That the territory proposed by said Petition
to be annexed to the,Ci t y of Marysville,s itua t ed in the county of
Snohomis.h,state of Washington,is contiguous,proximate and adjacent
to the present corporate limits of'said City,and is particularly
bounded and described as £ollows.;
