WHEREAS,on August 13,1973 the City Council of the City •tl •' of Marysv i l.Le passed Ordinance No. 797 ordering the'improvement of the Island Crossing area by the cons.truction and installation of certain water mains,h.ydrants and appurtenances,and established LID No. 57 in wh.i.ch.said improvement was to be constructed and installed; and by Ordinance NQ.820 passed on August 12,1974,as amended by Ordinance No. 822 passed on August 26,1974 and Ordinance No. 833 passed on January 27,1975,said LID was converted into Utility Local Improvement District No.2;and WHEREAS,on June 23,1975 a duly-advertised public hearing was held before the City Council for the purpose of considering objections to and confirming the assessment roll for said ULID #2; and it appeared that a certain property owner was desirous of being deleted from said ULID #2,and that such property would in fact not be specially benefitted by the improvement,and that such a dele- tion could be made without detriment to the remainder of ULID.#2 and would be in the public interest;Now,Therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.That the legal boundaries of Local Improvement District No. 57 as established by Ordinance No. 797 and converted to Utility Local Improvement District #2 by Ordinance No.820,as amended by Ordinance No. 822 and No.833,be and the same are hereby amended to read as follows: The following portions of Section 8,Township 31 North,Range 5 EWM: (a)The S 400'of the W 150'of the E 570',more or less;and the Sl/2 of the E 420';each in the SWI/4 of the NWI/4. (b)Those portions of the NWI/4 of the SWI/4 lying E of Interstate Highway No. 5 and N of a line drawn 50S'S of and parallel to the centerline of SR 530. :'1- (c )The W 400'of that portion of the NEl/4 of the SWl/4 ly-ing N of a line drawn 505'S of and parallel to th~centerline of SR 530. (~)Beginning at center of said section;thence 667'+W along S line of'SEI/4 of NWl/4 of said section.to tpob;thence N 0 0 01' W 800.0';thence S 8~Q30'W 664.8 feet to W line of El/2 of NWl/4 of said 'section;thence S along W line of E1/2 of NW 1/4 fox 800.0 feet to E-W centerline of said section; thence E along saidE-W centerline to tpob. EXCEPT Highway and Road right-of-way.
