ORDINANCE NO.171=
An Ordinance levying taxes upon all property,
real,personal and utility,subject to taxation
within the corporate limits of the City of
Marysville,Washington for the year 1976,for
the Current Expense Fund,the City street Fund,
the Cumulatlve Reserve'Street Construction and
Equipment Fund,the Cumulative Reserve Fire
Equipment Fund,the Sno-Isle Regional Library,
Marysville Branch,Fund,and the Cumulative
Reserve Building and/or Maintenance Fund.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That for the year 1976 there is hereby
levied upon all property,real,personal and utility,subject to
taxation within the corporate limits of the City of Marysville,
Washington,an over-all levy producing a total dollar amount of
$167,374.40 on an assessed valuation of $49,592,416.00.
Section 2.That the levy hereby authorized shall be
allocated among the following six (6)funds on a basis to be
determined at the time the budget is adopted:
The Current Expense Fund;
The City Street Fund;
The Cumulative Reserve Street Construction and
Equipment Fund;,
The Cumulative Reserve Fire Equipment Fund;
The Sno-Isle Regional Library,Marysville Branch,Fund;
The Cumulative Reserve Building and/or Maintenance Fund.
Section 3.That the cash balance at the beginning of the
budget year was $45,568.21 and that the estimated cash balance at
the end of the year will be $25,000.00.
Section 4.That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage,approval and five (5)days
following its publication as required by law.
