WHEREAS,the JANSHA TANNING COMPANY is the owner of the following described property located in the City of Marysville, Snohomish County,Washington: PARCEL A:Beginning at a point 385.7',more or less,S of the NW corner of the SEI/4 NWI/4 of Section 21,Twp 30 North,Range 5 EWM;thence E to the Great Northern Railroad right-of-way;thence S along the WIly line of said right-of-way 198'; thence W to the W line of the SEl/4 NWI/4;thence N to point of beginning;subject to a right-of-way easement to PUD #1 of Snohomish County. PARCEL B:Beginning at a point 375.7'S of the NW corner of the SEl/4 NWI/4 of Section 21,Twp 30 N, R 5 EWM;thence S 10';thence E to the W line of public road to be established along the W line of Burlington Northern,Inc.(GN)Railroad right-of-way; thence NE'ly along a line 20'W of said right-of-way a distance of 10';thence W to point of beginning. PARCEL C:Commencing at the SW corner of the SEl/4 NWl/4 of Section 21,Twp 30 N, R 5 EWM;thence NOl024'37"W along 1/16 line 259.92',more or less, to the N line of Marysville Annexation Line per Ordinance No.745,the true point of beginning;thence continue NOl024'37"W 459.95',more or less;thence S89°57'07"E parallel to the N line of said SEl/4 NWl/4 400.72',more or less,to the WIly margin of the GNRR right-of-way;thence S05°0l'03"W along said margin 461.55',more or less,to the N line of Marysville Annexation Line per Ordinance No.745;thence W 338.94',more or less,to the true point of beginning; SUBJECT to a right-of-way easement to PUD#l of Snohomish County. PARCEL D:Beginning at the NW corner of the SE1/4 NWl!4 of Section 21,Twp 30 N,R 5 EWM;thence S on 1/16 line 375.7',more or less;thence E to GNRR right-of-way;thence N along said right-of-way to intersection with N boundary of the SEl/4 NWl/4;thence W along said N boundary of SEl/4 NWl/4 to point of beginning,LESS County Road and LESS deed filed under Volume 357,page 34 of the Official Records of the Snohomish County Auditor to Snohomish County for road purposes;SUBJECT TO right-of-way easement to PUD #1. -1- J • and, WHEREAS,said property has been recently annexed to the City of Marysville and has not been previously assigned a zoning classification;and WHEREAS,the City Planning Commission held a public hear- ing on the classification of said property on the 8th day of March, 1977 and recommended that said property be zoned in the General Industrial Classification;and WHEREAS,the City Council finds that said zoning classi- fication is in the best interests of the public and is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan of Marysville,Now,Therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~~RYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The above-described property owned by JANSHA TANNING COMPANY is hereby zoned in the General Industrial Classification. Section 2. The Official Zoning Map of Marysville, Washington,as adopted by the City in 1972 in Section 5.02 of Ordinance No.772,is hereby amended to reflect the classification of the above-described property.
