ORDINANCE NO.9G;;9
An Ordinance of the City of Marysville correcting
the zoning classification erroneously assigned to
certain real property by Ordinance No.946.
WHEREAS,by Ordinance ,No.866 adopted by the City Council
on the 14th 'day of July,1.975,the following described property was
annexed to the City of Marysville:
Beginning at the NE corner of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4
of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4,Sec.21,Twp.30 North,
R. 5 E.W.M.;thence S 660 feet;thence W 126 feet;
thence S 366 feet;thence W 500.33 feet;thence South
50 feet;thence W to the E line of Pacific Highway;
thence NEly along the Ely line of said highway to the
N line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4;thence E along said
line to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all adjoiniBg road right of ways,and
EXCEPT those portions which have been previously
annexed;and
WHEREAS,Ordinance No.946 adopted by the City Council
on June 27,1977,erroneously zoned the above-described property
in the high density multiple residential zoning classification;
Now,Therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That portion of the above-described property
which is·owned by the corporation of the Catholic Archbishop of
Seattle,and which is described in Exhibit A attached hereto,is
hereby zoned in the Single Family Residential zoning classification,
and any erroneous indication to the contrary in Ordinance No.946
is hereby repealed.
Section 2.That portion of the above-described property
on which the California Tavern is located,more particularly des-
cribed in Exhibit B attached hereto,is hereby zoned in the General
Commercial zoning classification,and any erroneous indication to
the contrary in Ordinance No.946 is hereby repealed.
Section 3.That portion of the above-described propery
on which is located a trailer park,the Wishing Well Apartments,and
the Rev.Wellington Apartment,more particularly described in Exhibit
C attached hereto,is hereby zoned in the High Density Multiple Family
Residential zoning classification,and any erroneous indication to
the contrary in Ordinance No.946 is hereby r.epealed.

Section 4.The Official Zoning Map of Marysville,Wash-
ington,as adopted,by the City in 1972,and Section 5.02 of Ordinance
No.772 is'hereby supplemented to reflect the classifications of the
above-described property as indicated herein.
