WHEREAS,saId owner flIed a petlt10n With the C1ty Clerk seek1ng the rezone of sald property from the mUltlple-fam1ly res1dent1aJ classlflcatlon to the general commerc1al classLflcatlon, and WHEREAS,the C1ty PlannIng CommlssLon held a publ1C hearIng on the saId rezone on the 9th day of January,1979,and recommended 1n favor of the same,and WHEREAS,the Clty Councll flnds that saId rezone IS In the best Interests of the publIC and 1S conSIstent wlth the ComprehenSIve Plan of MarySVIlle,Now,therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL or THE CTTY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS SectIon 1.The above-described property owned by CASCADE IMPROVEMENf COMPANY IS hereby rezoned from the multIple-famIly resldentlal classlflcation to the general commerc~al clasS1fIcatIon SectIon 2.1he offICIal Zon1ng Map of Marysv1lle,Wash- Ington,as adopted by the C1ty 1n 1972 1n Sect10n 5 02 of Ordinance No 772,1S hereby amended to reflect the reclaSSIfication of the above-descrIbed property Sectlon~.ThlS ordln~nLe,and thc rezone of the subJcct property which 1S 1mp]emented hereby,are condltloned upon strlct compJlJnCe by the owner With the follOWing conditIons Ordlnance -Page 1 ." a A flre hydrant shall be lnstalled on the subJect property,at the owner's expense, wIthIn 90 days of the date of thIS ordInance b The owner shall establIsh a 40-foot wlde access easement from State Avenue,across the subJect property,to the eXIstIng mobIle home park c The owner,and Jts successors and aSSIgns, shall comply WIth all reqUIrements of the MarysvIlle MunICIpal Code relatIng to the use and occupancy of the subJect property.
