MunICIpal Code relatIng to the avaIlabIlIty of
wdter connectIons outsIde of the CIty lImIts
THE CITY COUNCLL OF THF CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
The CIty of MarysvIlle reserves the rIght to restrIct
serVIce from water utIlItIes owned by It to those sub-dIVIsIons
and developments WhICh conform to the provIsIons of the then
current comprehensIve plan for the MarysvIlle plannIng drea,as
adopted by the CIty VarIances from saId comprehensIve plan may be
granted by the CIty CouncIl for the purpose of prOVIdIng water serVIce
In those cases where such actIon IS necessary to preserve the puhllC
health,safety or welfare
