seekIng the rezone of saId property from the sIngle-famIly resIdentIal

WHEREAS,the CIty PlannIng CommISSIon held a publIC hearIng
on the saId rezone on the 24th day of AprIl,1979,and recommended In
favor of the same,and
WHEREAS,the CIty CounCIl fInds that saId rezone IS In the
best Interest of the publIC and IS conSIstent WIth the COMprehenSIve
Plan of MarySVIlle,Now,Therefore

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SectIon 1.The above-descrIbed property owned by Harold E
Johnson 15 hereby rezoned from the slngle-famll)resIdentJal claSSIfI-
catIon to the medIum-denSIty multIple famIly reSIdentIal claSSIfIcatIon
SectIon 2. The offICIal ZonIng Map of MarySVIlle,WashIngton,
as adopted by the CIty In 1972 In SectIon 5 02 of OrdInance No 772,
IS hereby amended to reflect the reclaSSIfIcatIon of the above-
descrIbed property

SectIon 3.ThIs ordInance,and the rezone of the subJect
property whIch is Implemented hereby are condItIoned upon strIct
complIance by the owner WIth the followIng condItIons
Both the above-referenced lots,and all development
located thereon shall remaJn under SIngle ownershIp,
and shall not be subJect to sub-dIvISIon or sale by
IndIVIdual unIts
At the tIme of development of the subJect property
the owner shall erect a SIght-obscurIng fence on
three boundary lInes of the property
If saId condItIons are breached,the zonIng claSSIfIcatIon of the
subJect property shall automatIcally revert to SIngle-famIly reSIden-
tIal,and the owner shall be reqUIred to ImmedIately conform the use
of that property to that claSSIfIcatIon
