a reVIsed sewer utIlIty serVIce area boundary WHEREAS,the CIty of MarySVIlle IS duly authorIzed, pursuant to the laws of the State of WashIngton,to operate a sewer utIlIty WIthIn and WIthout Its JurtSdIctIonal boundarIes,and WHtREAS,for the purpose of long-range munICIpal plannIng, and admInIstratIve expedIency,Lt IS deSIrable to establIsh a sewer serVIce area boundary whIch WIll act as a gUIdelIne for sewer extenSIons and connectIons,and WhICh WIll consolIdate the reVIew and approval proceedIngs reqUIred by the SnohomIsh County Boundary ReVIew Board, and WHEREAS,by ResolutIon No 859,adopted by the MarySVIlle CIty CounCIl on AprIl 25,1977,a sewer serVIce area boundary was adopted,and reVISIons of saId boundary have now become necessary,and WHEREAS,on August 14,1979 the SnohomIsh County Boundary ReVIew Board conSIdered the CIty'S proposal to reVIse ItS sewer serVIce area boundary,and declIned to Invoke JurIsdIctIon over the same,Now Therefore THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS The CIty of MarySVIlle hereby adopts the reVIsed sewer serVIce area boundary descrIbed In ExhIbIt A attached hereto All propertIes located WIthIn saId boundary shall be elIgIble for sewer connectIons WIthout addItIonal reVIew by the SnohomIsh County Boundary ReVIew Board, however,such connectIons are subJect to complIance WIth all applIcable
