THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITyfOF'M~RYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DB
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Section l2.02.080.of the Mar9svil1e Municipal
Code is hereby amended to provide as follows:
All City streets shall be constructed ,according
to the specifications and details shown on the
standard street sections·marked Exhibits A, B, C, D,
E,F and G,three copiei of which are on file in the
office of the City Clerk,and 'by this reference are
hereby incorporated in this Code.
Section 2.Section 20.16.150 of the Marysville Municipal
Code 1S hereby amended to provide as follows:
Rights-'of-Way.
1.All rights-of-way in subdivisions shall
conform to thetirculation element of the City's
Comprehensive Plan.
2.All rights-of-way in 'subdivisions shall
·be constructed in accordance with the specifications
and details shown on the standard street sections,
as adopted by Section 12.02.080 of this Code.
3.No dead end streets shall be longer than
600 feet.The terminal of all dead end streets shall
be a circular area with a minimum diameter of 90 f~et,
the paved portion.of which shall have a minimum
diameter of 70 feet.
PASSED By the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this
