seeking a rezone of said property from the single family residential
classification to the medium density multiple family residenti~1

WHEREAS;the eit,y 'planning Commission held a public hearing
on the said rezone on the!lfth day of J~ne,lY80 and submitted formal
findings of fact and a re~o~mendation in favor of granting saId rezone;

with respect to the rezone applic~ti6n6f Grant Hall are hereby adopted,
and theabove~described proper~y,i~~er~byrezorred'froQ the single
'family Tesidentialclassi+ica~ion~6 ~~a!~idium density multiple family
r~sid~ntial classification.
Section 2.The official zoning map 'of the City ~f Marysville,
Washington as adopted in 1972 ~nd Section ~.02 of 'Ordinance No.77L',.
is hereby amended to reflect the reclassification of the abov e e desc ri.b ed
