Section 2.76.020 of the MarysvilleM~nicipal Code is hereby
amended to provide as'f oLl ows :':.-~,.

Greens Fee~.the GbltB6ardis hereby delegated the
power and authority to set the greens fees to be charged to the
public for the us.e of .Ce da.r cr e s.t ~;Muni!=ipal'Golf Course.Notice of
any proposed chahge in the greehs fees shall be given,in writing,
to the Mayor and Ci ty Council not ·'less than thirty days prior to the
same being adopted.A current schedule of dUly adopted greens fees'
shall.be open for public inspection in the r~cords of·the City Clerk,
in the records of the secretary of the Golf Board,and on the premises
of the Golf Course.'
