'\ WHEREAS,John H.Caldwel'l is the ownet of the following- described property located at the southwest corner of the intersection of 5th Street and Cedar Avenue,Marysville,Washington: Lot 15 and 16,Block 8 of the S.W.Cisco Addition to Marysville,Snohomish County,Washington. WHEREAS,said owner filed a petition with the City Clerk seeking a rezone of said property from the Single Family Residential classification to the Community Business classification;and WHEREAS,the City Planning Commission held a public hearing on said rezone on March 11,1981 arid submitted formal findingsotfactandarecommendationinfavor,of granting said rezone;and WHEREAS,the City Council has reviewed said findings of fact and recommendation,and finds that the rezone is in the public interest ,and is consistent with the Comprehensiv~Plan;Now,'Therefore THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The findings of fact of the Planning Commission with respe~t to thi rezone application of John H.Caldwell are hereby adopted,and the above-described is hereby rezoned from the Single Family Residential classification to the Community Business classifica- tion. Section 2. Washington as adopted are hereby amended to described property.
