AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE ENACTING A
NEW TRAFFIC INFRACTION TO BE KNOWN AS "INATTENTION
TO DRIVING"
The City Council of the City of Marysville,Washington,DO
ORDAIN as follows:
A new section is hereby added to Chapter 11.04 of the Marysville
Municipal Code providing as follows:
Inattention to Driving.It shall constitute a traffic infrac-
tion for any person to operate a motor vehicle in an inattentive manner
over and along the highways of the City.For the purpose of this section
to "operate in an inattentive manner"shall be construed to mean the oper-
ation of a vehicle in a manner which is not reasonable and prudent under
the conditions and without having regard to the actual and potential haz-
ards then existing..
