WHEREAS when the 1982 Budget was adopted,December 14, 1981 the City Administrator's Salary as retlected on page 117 of that document was to be "Per Contract",and WHEREAS Section 2 of the City Administrator's Contract,as amended September 8,1980,specifies that the Administrator's salary shall be negotiated by and between the parties each year and shall be effective f~r the entire calendar year from January 1 to December 31, and WHEREAS said negotiation did take place by and between the City Council and the City Administrator for the calendar year 1982 with the agreement that the Administrator's salary for 1982 be increased by the same cost-of-living rate as that granted the City's regular em- ployees;NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.That the 1982 Budget as adopted by the City Council on December 14,1981 shall be,and hereby is,amended as fol- lows: The City Administrator's salary for the year 1982, as shown on pa.qe 1:l7.of the 1982 Budget shall be $3,301.95 per month,which amount includes a 6% deferred.compensation amount paid to the ICMA Retirement Corporation... 1982.
