ORDINANCE NO.12!o/'
An Ordinance levying taxes upon all property,real,
personal,and utility,subject to taxation within the
corporate limits of the City of Marysville,Washing-
ton for the year 1983,for the Current Expense Fund,
the City Street Fund,the Library Fund,and the Gen-
eral Obligation Bond Fund,1977.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That for the year 1983 there is hereby levied
upon all property,real,personal and utility,subject to taxation
within the corporate limits of the City of Marysville,Washington,an
over-all levy producing a total dollar amount of $843,750.00 on an
assessed valuation of $250,000,000.00,which assessment is an estimate,
and in any event,the total dollar amount will not exceed $3.375 per
$1,000.00 of assessed valuation.
Section 2.That the levy he.reby authorized shall be allo-
cated among the following four (4)funds on a basis to be determined
at the time the budget is adopted:
The Current Expense Fund;
The City Street Fund;
The Library Fund;
The General Obligation Bond Fund,1977.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Marysville this
27th day of September,1982.

proved by order of the Superior Court in Snohomish County
June 18, 1962 in compliance with Chapter 213 of Washington
Laws of 1941, and it is now and has been for more than six
months prior to the date of the publication hereinafter re-
ferred to,published in the English language continually as a
weekly newspaper in Marysville,Snohomish County,Wash-
ington,and it is now and during all of said time was printed
in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of publication
of said newspaper.That the annexed is a true copy of a
