AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE AMENDING
SECTION 20.24.010 OF THE MARYSVILLE MUNICIPAL
CODE REL,ATING TO FEES FOR FILING SHORT PLATS,
AND AMENDING SECTION 20.24.030 RELATING TO FEES
FOR SUBMITTING BINDING SITE PLANS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 'mF MP,RYSVILLE,WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Section 20.24.010 of the Marysville Municipal
Code is hereby amended to provide as follows:
Short Plat.In order to defray the costs of administra-
tion and plan checking,all applications for short plats shall be
accompanied by a fee payment to the City in the amount of $20.00 per
lot.All applications for revisions to short plats shall be accom-
panied by a fee payment to the City in the amount of $25.00.Upon
approval by the City of a short plat or a revision to the same,but
before the same shall be recorded and effective,the applicant shall
pay the City a recording fee in the amount of $22.00.
Section 2.Section 20.24.030 of the Marysville Municipal
Code is hereby amended to provide as follows:
Binding Site Plan.In order to defray the costs of admin-
istration,notifications,legal publications,plan checking and field
inspection,applications for approval of binding site plans,or mod-
ification of the same,shall be ,accompanied by a fee payment to the
City in the amount of $150.00 plus $5.00 for each lot or separate
structure which is proposed for the development.
