AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASH-
.INGTON,FOR THE YEAR 1984 AND SETTING FORTH IN SUMMARY FORM THE
TOTALS OF ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR EACH SEPARATE
FUND AND THE AGGREGATE TOTALS OF ALL SUCH FUNDS COMBINED.
THE CITY COUNCIL,CITY OF MARYSVILLE,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. In accordance with the provisions of R.C.W.35A.33.075,the
budget of the City of Marysville,Washington,for the year 1984,in the aggregate
amount of $9,275,170.00 is hereby adopted by reference,after due public hearing
on December 5, 1983,and after the preliminary budget has been filed with the City
Clerk as required by law.
Section 2.The totals of estimated revenues and appropriations for each
separate Fund and the aggregate totals for all such Funds combi ned are set forth
; n summary form as -follows:

Section 3. City employees shall be paid in accordance with the established
Pay Classiflcat;on -and Grades at the same rate as that paid in 1983,and subsequent
labor negotiation settlements.
Section 4. City employees who use their own vehicles on City business
wi 11 recei ve a mileage all owance of 20 cents per mil e.
Section 5.The City Clerk is directed to transmit a certified copy of
the Budget hereby adopted by reference to the Office of the Audi tor of the State
of Washington,Division of Municipal Corporations,and to the Association of Washing-
ton Cities.

Section 6.This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force January 1,
1984.

ington,and it is now and during all of said time was printed
in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of publication
of said newspaper.That the annexed is a true copy of a
