THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.Section 7.08.110 of the Marysville Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide as follows: Rate Schedule.The monthly rates for the collection of garbage and refuse to be charged by the City shall be according to the following schedule: DESCRIPTION Each dwelling unit Each dwelling unit -- Senior Citizen rate (See eligibility requirements below) Businesses,schools,churches,etc. Surplus garbage at pickup point Service more frequent than weekly Containers: 1 cubic yard 1~cubic yards 2 cubic yards 3 cubic yards 6 cubic yards Surplus garbage at pickup point Service more frequent than weekly Rollouts beyond 20 feet Cleaning -if not maintained by user WEEKLY PICKUP RATE $5.45 -Minimum charge -(up to 3 cans) $3.40 -1st can beyond 3 $1.70 Each additional can in excess of 4 $3.25 -Minimum charge -(up to 3 cans) $2.40 -1st can beyond 3 $1.20 Each additional can in excess of 4 Same as dwelling unit rate on a per can basis Same as swelling unit rate on a per can (or equivalent bulk) basis Rate multiplied by number of weekly pickups $25.00/month (or $6.25/pickup) $32.00/month (or $8.00/pickup) $38.00/month (or $9.50/pickup) $60.00/month (or $15.00/pickup) $112.00/month (or $28.00/pickup) Same as container rate for an equivalent bulk Container rate multiplied by number of weekly pickups $6.75/month per container $16.80/container ,••~RDINANCE 'PAGE 2 NO.1322..
