CIT Y 0 F MAR Y S V ILL E Marysville,Washington ORDINANCE NO.~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE AMENDING SECTION 19.16.010 OF THE I1ARYSVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE (TABLE OF PERMITTED USES) RELATING TO THE GENERAL CO~1ERCIAL ZONE WHEREAS,the City Council recognizes a changing role for the General Commercial Zone in the City of Marysville,and desires to redefine the uses which are permitted within said zone;and WHEREAS,the City Council desires to restructure Chapter 19.16 of the Marysville Municipal Code,and to withhold publica- tion in the City's Code Book of the following amendments to the General Commercial Zone until such time as all other provisions in Chapter 19.16 may be likewise amended;NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.All references to the General Commercial Zone in Section 19.16.010 of the Marysville Municipal Code (Table of Permitted Uses)are hereby amended to provide as specified in Exhibi t A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. NOTICE OF CITY OF MARYSVILLE ORDINANCE On the 14th day of February,1984,the Ci'ty Council of the City of Marysville passed Ordinance No.1342,entited: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE AMENDING SECTION 19.16.010 OF THE MARYSVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE (TABLE OF PERMITTED USES)RELATING TO THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE. Said ordinance amended the Table of Permitted Uses found in Section 19.16.010 of the Marysville Municipal Code, as the same relates to the General Commercial Zone. Said amendments deleted some existing uses from the zone and added some addi- tional uses thereto. The full text of said ordinance will be mailed,without charge,to any person who re- quests the same from the City Clerk.
