THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO" ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.Chapter 3.72 of the Marysville Municipal Code providing for the creation and use of an Equipment Rental Fund is here- by repealed. Section 2.The unexpended Fund balance of the Equipment Rental Fund shall be transferred into existing City Funds as follows: (a)43.6458'/0 to the Water/Sewer Revenue Fund,as a reserve for equipment purchases; (b)31.1932%to the Garbage Fund,as a reserve for equipment purchases;and (c)25.1610'/0 to the General Cumulative Reserve Fund,as a reserve for equipment purchases.
