An Ordinance repealing Chapter 3.72 of the Marysville
Municipal Code and providing"for distribution of the
balance in the Equipment Rental Fund.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO"
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.Chapter 3.72 of the Marysville Municipal Code
providing for the creation and use of an Equipment Rental Fund is here-
by repealed.
Section 2.The unexpended Fund balance of the Equipment
Rental Fund shall be transferred into existing City Funds as follows:
(a)43.6458'/0 to the Water/Sewer Revenue Fund,as a reserve
for equipment purchases;
(b)31.1932%to the Garbage Fund,as a reserve for equipment
purchases;and
(c)25.1610'/0 to the General Cumulative Reserve Fund,as a
reserve for equipment purchases.
PASSE;Q.by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this

of said newspaper.That the annexed is a true copy of a
