AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE AMENDING
CHAPTER 12.02.160·OF THE MARYSVILLE MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF CURBS, GUTTERS, SIDEWALKS,DRIVEWAYS AND ALLEYS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 12.02.160(a~(br~nd (c)is'herebyrepealed,
and reenacted to provide as follows:
12.02.160 Curb,Gutter,Sidewalk,Driveway and Alley
Grades.
(a)The grades for curbs,gutters,sidewalks,driveways
and alleys shall be obtained from the Street Superintendent or
City Engineer.The grades shall be as specified in the APWA Standard
Specifications for Municipal Public Works Construction,including
any amendments thereto,with the following exceptions:
Driveways and alleys .
Curbs and gutters .•.
8%maximum
Per City Engineer
(b)The APWA Standard Specifications for Municipal
Public Works Construction,including amendments thereto,is made
a part of this section by reference as though fully set forth
herein.

months prior to the date of the publication hereinafter re-
ferred to,published in the English language continually as a
weekly newspaper in Marysville,Snohomish County,Wash-
ington,and it is now and during all of said time was printed
in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of publication
of said newspaper.That the annexed is a true copy of a

published in regular issues (and not in supplement form)of
