Home My WebLink AboutO-1384 - Zones annexed property (Special)1'=Bo&K.P!A.b~ 2 -GO?H-r..bff,~ CIT Y 0 F MAR Y S V ILL E Marysville,Washington ORDINANCE NO./3 111 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ~RYSVILLE ESTABLISHING A ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR THE ~ffiRTIN PROPERTY ANNEXATION \vHEREAS,on May 1 4,1984,the City Council adopted Ordinance 1357 annexing the MARTIN property into the City limits, a legal description of said property being attached hereto as Exhibit "A"and incorporated herein by this reference;and WHEREAS,said ordinance further adopted a Comprehensive Plan for the MARTIN property designating the same in the Medium- Density,Multiple-Family classification;and WHEREAS,on August 14,1984,the City Planning Commission held a public hearing for the purpose of establishing a zoning classi- fication for said property,and submitted formal Findings of Fact and a recommendation with respect to the same to the City Council;and WHEREAS,on August 27,1984,the City Council reviewed said Findings of Fact and recommendation and found that the same was in the public interest;NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~~RYSVILLE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The Findings of Fact of the Planning Commission with respect to the establishment of a zoning classification for the above-described property are hereby adopted by reference. Section 2.The zoning classification of Medium-Density, Multiple-Family Residential is hereby adopted for the above-described property. Section 3.The Official Zoning Map of the City of Marys- ville,Washington,as adopted in 1972,and Section 5.02 of Ordinance No.772,are hereby supplemented to .reflect the classification of the above-described property to the Medium-Density,MUltiple-Family classification.
