"..~) . ;'",--' CIT Y 0 F MAR Y S V ILL E Marysville,Washington ORDINANCE NO./3s,s-- AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ZONING DESIGNATION FOR THE COSTA PROPERTY ANNEXATION WHEREAS,on May 14,1984,the City Council adopted Ordin- ance No.1359 annexing the COSTA property into the City limits,a legal description of said property being attached hereto as Exhibit "A"and incorporated herein by this reference;and WHEREAS,on August 14,1984 the City Planning Commission held a public hearing for the purpose of establishing a Comprehensive Plan and zoning classification for said property,and submitted for- mal Findings of Fact and a recommendation with respect to the same to the City Council;and WHEREAS on August 27,1984,the City Council reviewed said Findings of Fact and recommendation and found that the same was in the pUblic interest;NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~iARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: section 1.The Findings of Fact of the Planning Commission with respect to the establishment of a Comprehensive Plan and zoning classification for the above-described property are hereby adopted by reference. Section 2.The Comprehensive Plan for the above-described property is hereby established as Single-Family Residential 12,500. Section 3.The zoning classification of Single-Family Residential 12,500 is hereby adopted for the above-described prop- erty. section 4.The Official Zoning Map of the City of Marys- ville,Washington,as adopted in 1972,and Section 5.02 of Ordinance No.772,are hereby supplemented to reflect the classification of the above-described property to the Single-Family Residential 12,500 classification.
