" CIT Y 0 F MAR Y S V ILL E Marysville,Washington ORDINANCE NO.1386 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE ESTABLISHING A ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR THE FRIZZELL AND DURANT PROPERTY ANNEXATION WHEREAS,on J u 1 Y 9,1984,the City Council adopted Ordinance 1367 annexing the FRIZZEL and DURANI'property into the City limits, a legal description of said property being attached hereto as Exhibit "AII and incorporated herein by this reference;and WHEREAS,said ordinance further adopted a Comprehensive Plan for the FRIZZELL and DURANT property designating the same in the Industrial classification;and I WHEREAS,on August 14,1984,the City Planning Commission held a public hearing for the purpose of establishing a zoning classi- fication for said property,and submitted formal Findings of Fact and a recommendation with respect to the same to the City Council;and WHEREAS,on August 27,1984,the City Council reviewed said Findings of Fact and recommendation and found that the same was in the public interest;NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~~RYSVILLE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The Findings of Fact of the Planning Commission with respect to the establishment of a zoning classification for the above-described property are hereby adopted by reference. Section 2.The zoning classification of Light-Industrial .is hereby adopted for the above-described property. Section 3.The Official Zoning Map of the City of Marys- ville,Washington,as adopted in 1972,and Section 5.02 of Ordinance No.772,are hereby supplemented to reflect the classification of the above-described property to the Light-Industrial classification.
