Home My WebLink AboutO-1392 - Zones annexed property (Special)r"t'")(C.~2 #'"C""J"',""~·7t.e 2-800 0 fl~br CIT Y 0 F MAR Y S V ILL E Marysville,Washington ORDINANCE NO./392, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE ESTABLISHING A ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR THE CARTER PROPERTY ANNEXATION WHEREAS,on May 14,1984,the City Council adopted Ordin- ance No.1358 annexing the CARTER property into the City limits,a legal description of said property being attached hereto as Exhibit IIA II and incorporated herein by this reference;and WHEREAS,said ordinance further adopted a Comprehensive Plan for the CARTER property designating the commercial lot in the Neighborhood Business classification and designating the residential lot in the Single-Family Residential 7200 classification;and WHEREAS,on August 14,1984,the City Planning Commission held a pUblic hearing for the purpose of establishing a zoning classi- fication for said property,but because of a tie vote was unable to submit any Findings of Fact or recommendations with respect to the same to the City Council;and WHEREAS,on September 24,1984,the City Council held its own public hearing for the purpose of establishing a zoning classifi- cation for said property,and adopted Findings of Fact with respect to the same;NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The City Council finds that it is in t~public interest to adopt the zoning classification of t:.O'1N 11111"'"°l;;S"SI vt,SJ for the above-described property. Section 2.The Official Zoning Map for the City of Marys- ville,Washington,as adopted in 1972,and Section 5.02 of Ordinance No.772,are hereby supplemented to reflect the classification of the above-described property in the en M N U U I rCc3u 1.$AlI.t".$ zone.
