AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE REPEALING ORDINANCE
1300 AND REVERTING THE KELLOGG MEADOWS PROPERTY TO THE
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 9600 ZONING CLASSIFICATION.
WHEREAS,on September 12,1983 the Marysville City Council
enac~e~Ordinance No.1300 rezoning the following described proper-
ty from the single family 9600 classification to the PRD 9600:
38.3 acres of real property located within
the city of Marysville and generally situ-
ated south of 76th Street,N.E.,west of
67th Avenue,N.E.,and east of 64th Avenue,
N.E.,a legal description of said property
being attached hereto as "Exhibit A"and
incorporated herein by this reference;and
WHEREAS the ownership of said property has changed and the
new owners,Burl and Evelyn Tudor,have abandoned the planned
residential development previously proposed for the subject prop-
erty;and
WHEREAS,on October 22,1984 the Marysville City Council
approved the preliminary plat of Kellogg Meadows,allowing for the
development of the subject property as a single family residential
subdivision with minimum lot sizes of 9600 square feet;and
WHEREAS in order to allow the development of said plat it is
necessary to repeal Ordinance Number 1300 and allow the zoning
classification of the subject property to revert from PRD 9600 to
single family residential 9600;now therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Ordinance No.1300,enacted by the City Council on September 12,
1983,is HEREBY REPEALED.The re-zone covenant and agreement executed
on September 22,1983 and recorded in the records of Snohomish County
Auditor under File #8310100181 is hereby revoked.
