AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ~mRYSVILLE REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED IN ORDINANCE NO.772
WHEREAS IRENE R.HOLMAN is the owner of certain real property
located at 6810 -51st Avenue N.E.,Marysville,Washington,the same
being legally described as follows:
The East 265.16 feet of the South 164.28 feet of the
South half SE quarter SE quarter NE quarter of Section
28 Township 30 Range 5 East W.M.;and the North 50 feet
of the South 214.28 feet of the East 265.16 feet of the
South half of the SE quarter SE quarter NE quarter,
Section 28,Township 30 RangeS East W.M.;situated in
Snohomish County,Washington.
WHEREAS said owner has filed a petition with the City Clerk
seeking a rezone of said property from single family classification
to the medium density multiple family classification;and
WHEREAS the City Planning Cornm.i s s-Lon held a public hearing on
said rezone on July 9,1985 which was continued to August 13,1985,
and submitted formal findings of fact and a recommendation in favor
of granting said rezone;and
WHEREAS the City Council held a public meeting on said rezone
on August 26,1985 and determined that the recommendation of the
Planning Commission was consistent with "the public interest;NOW
THEREFORE
The City Council of the City of Marysville do ordain as
follows:
Section 1.The findings of fact of the Planning Commission
with respect to the rezone application of IRENE R.HOLMAN relating
to the above described property which is located at 6810 -51st
Avenue N.E.,Marysville,Washington,are hereby adopted by reference,
and said property is hereby rezoned from the single family residential
classification to the medium density multiple family residential class-
ification,subject to the conditions stated in Section 2 below.
Section 2.This rezone is subject to the
conditions,and default on any of the same shall
nullification of the rezone and reversion of the
single family residential classification:

A.The property shall be developed in strict compliance
'with the site plan filed with the City Planning
Commission on August 13,1985;provided,that the
city staff shall be allowed to approve minor adjust-
ments to said site plan if the same do not create
any significant off-site impacts.
B.Prior to occupancy of the subject.property a wood,
sight obscuring fence with a minimum height of five
feet shall be constructed for the full length of
the north and south property lines.Further,all
significant trees along said property lines'shall
be retained for additional screening.
C.All.development of the SUbject property shall be
in strict compliance with applicable c~ty codes.
Section 3.The official zoning map of the City of Marysville,
Washington,as adopted in 1972,and Section 5.02 of Ordinance No.772,
are hereby amended to reflect the reclassification of the above-
described property to the medium density multiple family residential
classification.

That said newspaper is a legal newspaper which has been ap-
proved by order of the Superior Court in Snohomish County
June 18, 1962 in compliance with Chapter 213 of Washington
Laws of 1941,and it is now and has been for more than six
months prior to the date of the publication hereinafter re-
ferred to,published in the English language continually as a
weekly newspaper in Marysville,Snohomish County,Wash-
ington.and it is now and during all of said time was printed
in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of publication
of said newspaper.That the annexed is a true copy of a

published in regular issues (and not in supplement form)of
