THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.Since the adoption of the 1986 budget by the City Council on December 9,1985,it has been determined that the interests of the residents of the City of Marysville may best be served by the increase and/or decrease of certain revenues and/or expenditures.The following budgeted revenues and expenditures as they appear in the 1986 Budget are hereby revised as follows: 1977 REFUNDING BOND FUND NO.450 REVENUES APPROPRIATIONS Sale of Revenue Bonds INCREASE $3,260,000. Section 2.The Personnel and Benefits section of the 1986 Budget as it appears on pages 67 -84 is hereby amended by changing the Pay Grade for the position of Utility Maintenance Person from Grade VI to Grade VII.
