THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE,WASHINGTON,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.Section 16.04.010 of the Marysville Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide as follows: Adoption by Reference.Certain documents,copies of which are on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Marysville, being marked and designated as the Uniform Building Code and the Uniform Building Code Standards,1985 Edition,published by the International Conference of Building Officials,is adopted as the building code of the City of Marysville for regulating the erection,construction,enlargement,alteration,repair,moving, removal,conversion,demolition,occupancy,equipment,use, height,area and maintenance of buildings or structures in the City of Marysville,providing for the issuance of permits and the collection of fees therefor,and providing for penalties for the violation thereof.Each and all of the regulations,provisions, penalties,conditions and terms of said code are incorporated and made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth in this chapter. SECTION 2.Section 16.04.030 of the Marysville Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide as follows: Appendices Adopted. Code,1985 Edition,are and made a part of this chapter. SECTION 3.Section 16.04.150 of the Marysville Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide as follows: Ordinance - 1 -.,.. , Table 33-A Amended --Balconies and Mezzanines.Table 33-A, page 582,of the Uniform Building Code is amended to add balconies and mezzanines to the uses listed as "assembly areas, less-concentrated use."
